PlayAbility Sports & Fitness

Programs

Three sports plus one-to-one fitness. Same approach in each: small groups, an OT-designed plan, and coaches who adapt to the kids in front of them.

Basketball

Dribbling, shooting and moving with the ball, broken into steps that build on each other. Small groups mean every child gets real touches, space to try, and a coach who notices when they need a moment.

Soccer

First touches, passing and small-sided games at a pace that suits the child. The focus is on taking part and feeling capable — not on keeping score.

Cricket

Batting, bowling and fielding introduced one skill at a time, with clear routines and a calm setting. Predictable structure makes it easier to try something new.

Fitness on the Spectrum

One-to-one fitness coaching built around what the individual can do and wants to work on — strength, coordination, balance and stamina, at a pace that suits them. Sessions run for neurodivergent children, teens and adults, ages 8 to 60.
